Ok, Lets begin. To know what i am go to: http://nutrition4success.wordpress.com/about-2/

this will tell you what i am and who i am. However for a short definition of who i am:

"beyond the range of the normal or scientifically explainable" - Supranormal

little more:

I believe that we all have purpose and have been sent here for a reason. That the significance of our outcome in life will change the world or not, nothing will happen but we have the choice. I believe we all have great gifts and the expression of our gifts contributes to a cause greater than ourselves. I Paul McGinley believe that there is more to life than the mediocre material things we obsess about, I have spent a life not living until the great voice in my head came clear to me and said “Do you want to spend the next 10 years of your life doing the same thing you have always done?”

After that I changed my whole existence to living life because people expect new things to happen by doing the same things they have always done. It is silly to believe in such a thing. I found that things in my life I want is the things that make me smile this being nutrition, Fitness, lifestyle, life, friends & family.

Well I love the curious fact when people say “I’ll do a Paul” and the outcome is always something positive and this makes me feel great! My name has meaning behind it but what would I say the meaning for me is? Taking there are many a Paul out there. The question is what makes me unique?

I would say for me being me and the only way of describing me is how I purse the life I live make sense? No? Good!

Muscle Building Tips - Simplicity

Training with weights is much more than just swinging weights around. You must learn to feel muscles being focused on. Hell anyone can pick up a set of weights and swing them – Doesn’t mean you are getting anywhere. No pain no gain? Na. No brain not gain…

Perfect exercise form is more important to your progress than lifting the heaviest weight you can pick up. This cannot be stressed any idiot can lift a heavy ass weight – down to twisting and bending and panting moving a 100kg an inch and then returning. – Touch your chest!

The combination of weight training, cardio, good nutrition and motivational exercises is synergistic — the outcome from the combination far exceeds the result that would be experienced if any of the elements were left out. This is important and my motto Training is important, But diet is critical! – It is 80 percent of body composition comes from the diet.

Dietary supplements/pills and shit ass shakes cannot make up for a poor diet.  You must first develop a clean, balanced eating strategy that suits your goals and metabolism.  Follow it diligently before even considering adding supplementation. See supplementation as the extra bonus once everything is in check they can help.

If you break your workout or nutrition plan, you should get right back on track.  You shouldn’t beat yourself up over it.  Just pick up where you left off and move on. Do not let your best friend when you are lonely influence you aka the fridge. Oh what is this cheesecake? I will take a little nibble and before you know it your friend is gone and nothing but crumbs. – Keep yourself in check!

There are several different ways to grow stronger in your workouts. Increasing the amount of weight used is only one. It is effective putting your muscles under a new stimulus will force them grow. Heavy ass weights equal bigger gains.

You’ve learned how to visualize your immaculate body in action. Close your eyes and picture your goal and put all senses into it. How will you feel? What will you taste? Smell? How will you look and what do you see around you? – I will do a post on mental imagery as personally the benefits are priceless doing it.

Through perfecting your exercise form, you’ve learned the difference between appropriate pain, such as the burn in the muscle, and injurious pain. – Do not be stupid!

Positive affirmation cards can plant emotional success messages. The process has begun to replace negative body images with high self-esteem. I have a whole door and wall committed to motivational cards, quotes, pictures and friends letters. They build my motivational awesomeness!

You know now that you can do it.  You have the ability to physically control your body through exercise and nutrition. – These two together are like brothers or best friends; even I could go as far as bromance! – That is right you read it correct. These two will take you far.

Rest and recuperation are as essential to your gains as the exercise itself. Rest is sending to be more than training.

Low calorie bullshit dieting never works.

You’ve learned to use positive failure as a guideline for when a set is complete.  You’ve used focus and concentration to give your fullest power to each set. Hence this Monday morning, I have not been able to lift 245kg squat. For weeks I could not budge it and this week, 5 times I tried failed it every time and came back and lifted it. Who the boss? You are!
